The Cotahuasi town is  point forced for the beginning of any route, possesses hotels, restaurants, warehouses, public telephone, Internet public box and sign of radio. Police station, Health center and bank office. Besides guides' service of tourism, rent of mules and horses.

In Alca and Tomepampa towns you  will be finding these services though in minor measure, In the remaining villages the services are very basic or non-existent.

 

CLOTHES AND OTHER CHATTELS

 

Take clothes of half a station and jackets, clothes of bath, boots to walk, sun glasses, cap, solar blockader, camera and personal remedies for the height. If one goes in the rainy season take clothes for this climate. The basic requirement is to be in regular physical condition.
